Can I make changes to my booking?

You can make changes to your booking free of charge online, by email or by phone. For last minute changes please contact the Emergency contact number provided in your booking confirmation email.

I have not received an email confirmation, is my booking confirmed?

You can check the status of your booking by logging in to your account via My Booking section. Please note that confirmation is not automatic and it may take up to 24 hours before you receive the confirmation email.
If your pick-up is in the next 24 hours and you have not received your confirmation, please contact us. Please remember to check you spam/junk email folders, before contacting us.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking with no charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

My flight details have changed, do I need to inform you?

Please inform us of any changes to your flight schedule as soon as possible, and we will update your reservation. For amendments within 48 hours before pick up, please call the local emergency phone number.

Where is the meeting point at the airport?

The driver will be waiting for in the arrivals lounge of the airport, holding a sign showing the passenger name provided. The exact meeting point information is  included in the reservation confirmation email.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Your flight will be monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated. Please note that the update to the new arrival time is subject to availability.

What is the size of a Medium and Small suitcase?

The average Hight of a Medium Luggage is approximately 76cm / 30 inches and Width of around 45cm / 18 inches. Small or cabin luggage has Height of approximately 48cm / 19 inches and Width of approximately 32cm / 13 inches. If you have large or oversized luggage, please specify the dimensions in the special instructions field of the booking form. Note that it is your responsibility to select a vehicle with the correct luggage capacity.

Do you provide child seats?

Child and baby seats are available on request. You can request child and baby seats in the Extras section of the booking page. 

Will I be sharing the vehicle with other passengers?

For private transfers, you and your group will be the sole occupants of the vehicle. For shuttle transfers, you will share the vehicle with other passengers.

What is a Shared Shuttle transfer?

A shuttle transfer entails waiting for other passengers and making stops at additional locations. Occasionally, the transfer will be collecting passengers from two or more flights. The waiting times will be kept to a minimum, but shuttle transfers do take longer than private transfers, and this is reflected in the price difference. All collection times are given as an approximate guideline and are not always accurate due to the nature of shuttle transfers.

Does the airport transfer take us directly to our hotel?

The private transfer service takes you directly to your accommodation. The shared shuttle service will take you to your accommodation or the nearest pick-up/drop-off point to your accommodation.

Are there any extra charges?

Any extras will be shown at the time of booking. The price total on your confirmation is final. There are no hidden charges.
