New Delhi Railway Station is the main train station, located between Paharganj and Ajmeri Gate. It handles domestic and international railway connections. There are regular trains from New Delhi to all major cities in India, such as Mumbai, Lucknow, Agra, Chennai, Jaipur and Goa.
The bus network in New Delhi is extensive and covers almost every part of the city. However, not all bus routes are comfortable and it's easy to get stuck in traffic during peak hours. The Bahri Mudrika Seva and Mudrika Seva are the most popular routes. They run along the Outer Ring Road and main Ring Road respectively. The bus service is available from 5:30 to 23:00. The Orange metro line is the fastest way to travel to New Delhi. Trains leave every 10 minutes and the service is available from 04:45 to 23:30.
